Production Process

Grease proof paper is made by refining pulp fibers to a very high degree, creating a dense, interlocked sheet structure. During forming and pressing, the fibers are compacted to reduce pore size, which naturally blocks oil and grease. The paper is then dried and calendered to achieve a smooth surface.
