Founded in 2009 in Dongguan, China, as Dongguan Shenzhou Paper Co., Ltd., we now operate globally as Dongguan Wise Packaging Co., Ltd. With 15+ years of trusted manufacturing and export experience through our cross-border e-commerce export platform, we have grown into a reliable manufacturer and exporter of premium paper products.

Inside Our 50,000 m² Manufacturing Facility
From raw base paper to finished rolls, sheets and reams — every stage of production is managed in-house under ISO 9000 quality controls. Our production lines handle flexographic (1–6 colour), gravure, lamination, slitting and sheeting for gift wrap, tissue, kraft and greaseproof paper. With 5,000+ containers shipped yearly to 30+ countries, we maintain consistent batch quality for repeat orders and fast turnaround for seasonal retail campaigns.

Production Process
From Design to Shipment — Every order follows a documented 8-stage workflow, managed in-house under ISO 9000 quality controls.
Sample & Design
In-house pre-press team works from your brief — color specs, Pantone references, artwork files — refining every detail before plate making.
Pre-press & Plates
Flexographic plates or gravure cylinders are prepared. Registration marks and color separations are verified digitally before physical production.
Material Procurement
Base papers (FSC-certified), inks and coatings are sourced from approved suppliers. Incoming materials pass spot inspection and grammage checks.
Printing Production
Dedicated lines run by paper type — gift wrap, tissue, kraft, greaseproof — with 1–6 color flexo or gravure. In-line color and registration checks per roll.
Finishing
Slitting, sheeting, reaming, lamination, hot stamping and embossing stations process printed rolls into the final format — rolls, sheets or reams.
Quality Inspection
Every batch passes grammage verification, color matching against approved proofs, print registration checks and visual inspection for wrinkles, stains and cutting accuracy.
Packaging
Products are packed per client spec — individual polybags, retail boxes or bulk cartons — with custom labeling, barcodes and assembly instructions if required.
Shipment
Finished cartons are palletized, weighed and loaded. We coordinate with forwarders for sea freight, air express or courier delivery, and provide packing lists and photos.
Quality Control
Wise Packaging operates under an ISO 9000 quality management system and holds FSC chain-of-custody, FDA food-contact and REACH compliance for export markets. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity periods are available on request — contact our team for the full documentation package.
