This page is the master record of the certifications and third-party test reports we hold and can provide: FSC chain-of-custody, our ISO 9000 quality system, RoHS conformity reports and chemical-safety (MSDS) documentation. How Our Compliance Documentation Is Organised

We split the documentation we hold into three tiers. Knowing which tier you need is usually the fastest way to get the right file.

Tier 1 · Ongoing

Operating certifications

Our FSC chain-of-custody registration and our internal ISO 9000 quality system. These cover the day-to-day operation of the factory and are renewed on their standard cycle.

FSC CoC renewal: 5-year audit cycle. ISO 9000 QMS: continuous internal operation.

Tier 2 · Test reports

Third-party test reports

Third-party test reports we hold for product samples — RoHS conformity and chemical-safety (MSDS) reports issued by an accredited laboratory. We supply current copies on request and issue fresh reports for each order.

RoHS (EU 2011/65/EU, (EU) 2015/863) and GHS MSDS issued by NPS Testing Service.

Tier 3 · Per Order

Order-level compliance

For each commercial order, we can supply a fresh third-party test against the standard and destination market that the buyer requires. This is the most common way our regular customers obtain compliance files.

Common standards: FDA 21 CFR §176.170, EU 1935/2004, REACH SVHC, GB 4806.8, BfR, Prop 65.

In-process inspection, grammage / colour / print-registration checks, and final QA for every production batch.

Our quality system is documented in our internal quality manual, including SOPs for incoming material inspection, in-line colour matching, and pre-shipment inspection. We do not publish a public ISO 9001 certificate file; documentation is provided to buyers on request.

By product line

Compliance Notes by Product Line

How the certifications and test-report framework above applies to each of the four product lines we manufacture. For coated variants (silicone, PE, metallic foil), food-contact and migration documentation is issued per order.

Gift wrapping paper

Inks and coatings are sourced from approved suppliers and screened for restricted substances. Where buyers require a specific market compliance (e.g. California Proposition 65, EU REACH SVHC, FDA food-contact for incidental contact), we provide a per-order test report against the requesting standard.

Tissue paper

Acid-free archival grades are available for archival and conservation use (see /products/tissue-paper/acid-free-archival-tissue/). For food-contact applications (e.g. interleaving, gift-set liners), we can supply FDA food-contact compliance documentation on request.

White kraft paper

Our unbleached white kraft grades are FSC chain-of-custody certified. Bleached-white shades are produced under controlled pulping conditions; the EU RoHS / REACH test reports we hold cover the kraft paper sample.

Greaseproof paper

Plain greaseproof grades are produced without PFAS / fluorochemicals. Silicone-coated and PE-coated variants are available — for these, food-contact declarations (EU 1935/2004, FDA 21 CFR §176.170, BfR, GB 4806.8) and migration-test results are issued per order against the destination market.

Do you have a current, in-force ISO 9001 certificate?

Our quality management system has been documented and operated internally since 2021. We do not currently publish a third-party-issued ISO 9001 certificate on this site. Our quality manual, inspection records and supplier-approval records are available to qualified buyers under NDA on request.

Can you test a specific shipment against my required standard?

Yes. Tell us the destination market and the standard (e.g. FDA 21 CFR §176.170 for food-contact, EU Regulation 1935/2004, REACH SVHC screening, California Proposition 65, GB 4806 series, BfR, or a brand-specific RSL). We will quote a per-order third-party test against that standard for the production lot you order.

Where can I get a copy of a specific certificate file?

Email our team through the /contact/ page with the certificate name and your company details. We send PDF copies of available certificates to qualified buyers under our standard NDA process. We do not publish the full PDFs on this site so that we can verify the requesting party.

Do you hold certifications for specific regions (FDA, REACH, CCC)?

We have supplied the US, EU, UK, AU and other markets for 15+ years. For US food-contact applications we work to FDA 21 CFR §176.170. For EU markets our papers are screened under REACH SVHC. CCC applies only to listed electrical products and is not applicable to paper products; it appears on our About page only as a record of related certifications held by the parent group.
